Refund policy
This store is operated by Drip Company Digital Business LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sac@mirelostore.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. After shipment, you can still withdraw from the purchase under the return conditions above.
Return conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, unused, in their original condition and packaging whenever possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until the item has been received. If the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check it, we may deduct an amount corresponding to its reduced value.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at sac@mirelostore.com with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery (such as personal care or cosmetic items) cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
